She is an attorney by trade and has experience leading $1B+ programs. With ANEW Realty Group, Geralda leads contract negotiations, vendor alliances, property management and renovation operations for the team.
Brenan R
Brenan brings over 15 years of real estate investment to the table within the Baltimore-Washington, DC areas. He is an equity partner with one of the largest management consultancies and has a depth of experience with assessing business opportunities, executing strategic plans and scaling $200M+ businesses. With ANEW Realty Group, he is responsible for investor management and relationships, market and property analysis and asset management.
