ANEW Realty Group is a 506(b) minority-owned small business. We are a socially responsible real estate syndication firm that invests in inner-city apartment housing in working class communities. As impact investors, we have a shared commitment to generate both social impact in the communities that we operate within as well as strong financial returns for our investors.

We are on a mission to diversify the real estate investors, contractors and experience for our tenants in inner city communities. We do this by:

1. Targeting a mix of 50% female, 40% racially & ethnically diverse and 30% black equity partners on our investments; 
2. Working with a racially and ethnically diverse portfolio of contractors; 
3. And by improving the rental experience for our voucher-program and market tenants.
